Identity Alignment Coach, emotional guide, and creator of the Self-Liberty approach.

When you know who you truly are, your life begins to mirror alignment and fulfillment.

I help sensitive, intelligent, soul-aware people stop performing and start living in alignment with their truth — by remembering who they really are, and creating a beautiful life that reflects it.

I hold degrees in psychology and psychotherapy — but none of that prepared me for the moment life shattered me.

When my daughter was just three months old, I found myself alone on a farm — frail, homeless, bedridden, and completely broken.
All the finances had been stolen from me.
I was forced to leave the country I was building my dream life in.
I no longer had the same people around me. I felt abandoned, unseen, and profoundly alone.

My body was still recovering from a C-section — yet I had no space, no time, and no support to heal.
And just when I thought I couldn’t carry more, I found out that my daughter was blind in one eye.

I fell into deep postpartum depression. I struggled with suicidal thoughts.
And I found myself in a space so raw, so stripped of identity, that no theory or technique could reach me.

That’s when something unexpected happened.
Because I had no energy left to pretend, perform, or please —
I was forced to do what I had never done before: truly listen to myself.

And in that space of survival, I didn’t hear noise.
I heard truth.
I didn’t fix myself — I met myself, for the very first time.
And I accidentally became who I really am.

In order to stay alive, I had to become brutally honest about which parts of me were being nourished — and which ones were being drained — by the people, environments, and patterns around me.

I could no longer afford to be endlessly nice, constantly strong, or always available.
I had to start living in alignment with who I really am.
And that meant facing the truth that:

Sometimes I’m weak.
Sometimes I’m tired.
Sometimes I need help.
And that doesn’t make me less — it makes me whole.

It was this balance — between strength and softness, independence and support — that helped me rebuild.
Not from ambition, but from self-recognition.
Not from perfection, but from integration.
That was the beginning of becoming a self-liberated person.

🔥 What Is Self-Liberty?

A philosophy, a method, and a way of living — born not from theory, but from survival.

Self-Liberty is the name I gave to the approach I created when I had no energy left to pretend — when I had to be completely honest about who I really was, what I truly needed, and what no longer fit the truth of my being.
It’s not just a method.
It’s a liberation of self through radical honesty, emotional alignment, and deep reconnection with your identity.

🌀 The Self-Liberty Path Includes:

🔸 Identity Code Awareness

Understanding the rhythm of your soul — your natural essence, values, preferences, and emotional needs — so you can stop living in contradiction.

🔸 Inner Team Integration

Working with four core parts of you — the Inner Child, Teenager, Protector, and Creativist — to recognize their influence and bring them into harmony.

🔸 Emotional Listening

Learning to hear your emotions not as problems, but as messengers — guiding you back to what’s missing or misaligned within.

🔸 Self-Relationship Repair

Noticing how you show up to yourself (neglect, pressure, judgment, kindness) and learning how to become your own safest home.

🔸 Real-Life Alignment

Bringing your truth into your relationships, boundaries, habits, and roles — not to fix your life, but to let your life reflect who you really are.

✖️ What Self-Liberty Is Not

Self-Liberty is not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about being high-performing, perfectly healed, or endlessly positive.
It’s not about labeling yourself or escaping your pain.

It’s about becoming so real with yourself that you no longer need to hide, please, or prove.
It’s about knowing who you are — and living like you believe it.

💛 Why It Matters

Because when you remember who you are,
you stop betraying yourself just to belong.
You stop shrinking.
You stop overexplaining.
You start choosing.

You become whole.
You become rooted.
You become free.

That is Self-Liberty.
